The prosecutor’s office has initiated a pre-trial investigation into the incident under the classification of a war crime resulting in death. Earlier on the morning of July 26, a separate fiber-optic FPV drone struck a bakery delivery truck in the city’s Shevchenkivskyi district, injuring the 43-year-old driver.
