ROBERTO DE ZERBI has promised Tottenham fans another transfer “bomba” to continue their summer splurge. Spurs have already spent more than £230million on new faces this summer, but De Zerbi says they are only just over halfway there on new signings – and has some more surprises up his sleeve. The Italian, who saved the north Londoners from relegation to tee up a huge summer spend, has overseen six signings already but now wants to add a fierce new forward line. Talks continue over a deal for Manchester City‘s £60m-rated Savinho, though he may not be the teased “bomba” as the Spurs boss wants to add a striker and perhaps one more winger. De Zerbi, 47, admitted he becomes like a “shark” when signings are in the offing and relishes working in the transfer market. He said: “The transfer market, it’s not finished for sure. We completed 60 per cent of our project in the transfer market. Now we have another bomba. “Is it close? I hope, but it’s not finished for sure. “We have to increase the number of goals with the play, with the quality of the play, with the midfielders, with the attackers, but we have to bring players able to score goals. I love working in the transfer market. It’s not a pressure, it’s one of the nicest part in my work, in my job. “In the transfer market when I want one player I become like a shark. No chance to say no.” With such an influx of new faces and the money which comes with that, players will also need to be sold. Luka Vuskovic has already joined Brighton in a £50m deal, while De Zerbi confirmed he has spoken to four stars who are considering a move away this term. Chief among them is England defender Spence, who shone at the World Cup despite being a controversial pick by Thomas Tuchel. De Zerbi would prefer it if he and Bergvall stayed at Tottenham, but only if they show they are committed to doing so. Speaking with players who wanted out before the end of last season, De Zerbi said he would help them get a move if they gave him their all to stay up, otherwise they would stay “underwater” with him in the Championship. He added: “At the beginning of my time, in April I had, I don’t know, one million individual meetings. “They told me if they their idea.
