Published: 08:00 EDT, 30 September 2026 | Updated: 08:14 EDT, 30 September 2026 Rita Ora is being sued by her former manager for £3.2million over claims she did not hand over a percentage of her earnings.The singer, 35, parted ways from her ex-manager Sarah Stennett in 2024 after working together since 2009, and it was claimed at the time they had disagreed over the 'direction of her career'.However, things have since taken a turn and the FAE Ventures founder has lodged papers at the High Court claiming her firm is owed millions, meaning they are now locked in a legal battle.They have claimed that Rita, who first signed with Sarah's company when she was 18, allegedly failed to hand over a cut of her earnings from tours and TV work.The amount is said to be around the £3.2million mark, with documents claiming Rita violated contract terms by failing to pay the firm’s cut. According to The Sun, the largest underpayment sum is just over £1.7million, with Sarah's firm claiming there were 'impermissible deductions' for professional services including advertising, accountancy and insurance.
