She started her journey in entertainment media in 2022 when she first joined Valnet at CBR before coming to ScreenRant. Jennifer loves TV, especially science fiction. She also loves late-night talk shows, due to her insomnia. Alien: Earth is definitely one of her favorite shows, and she jumps on any chance she gets to write about it. Even on her days off, she will claim an Alien Earth article if one is available. Jimmy Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon are two of her favorite late-night hosts, and Conan O'Brien before he left his show. Her Alien: Earth coverage for ScreenRant is by far the work that she is most proud of so far. She was initially a finance and political editor, but her passion for pop culture convinced her to transition into entertainment journalism. During her off time, she loves to binge-watch cooking shows such as Kitchen Nightmares. Jennifer also loves spending time with her daughter and cherishes every moment of it. Continue to check back with us as we will be adding more information as it becomes available. The Alien franchise is still going strong with another exciting update. Following the success of Alien: Romulus, the classic science fiction property is moving forward with another installment. According to a new report, Ridley Scott will be producing the new movie. He will also be bringing one of his previous colleagues on board to help develop the next chapter of the long-running film series. Aaron Guzikowski, who has collaborated with him on the HBO Max series Raised by Wolves, has been hired to write the Alien movie for 20th Century Studios. Guzikowski is no stranger to science fiction and intense thrillers. The writer has worked on several well-known projects in both genres. He previously wrote the screenplay for Denis Villeneuve's 2013 thriller Prisoners. He is also the creator of the aforementioned show, Raised by Wolves, which was produced by Scott, who also directed the first two episodes. Scott Aversano is overseeing development for 20th Century Studios. Scott will produce the currently untitled movie alongside Michael Pruss through their Scott Free production company. However, the filmmaker who helmed several of the Alien franchise's projects will not be directing the project. A director for the new movie has not been revealed yet at the time of this article's publication. Although specific plot details are still shrouded in mystery, it can be speculated from the report that the new movie will have connections to Prometheus and Alien: Covenant, the two prequels Scott directed in 2012 and 2017. According to The Hollywood Reporter, one of its sources claimed that the new movie involves David, an android who was portrayed by Michael Fassbender. More to come...
