(ASX: RAU; TSX-V: RSM; FSE: 8TX) (“Resouro” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has now completed the first closing of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the “Offering”).Further to its news release dated July 8, 2026, Canada (July 9, 2026, Australia), The Company is pleased to announce that, due to strong investor demand, it has increased the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement from 8,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.25 per common share for gross proceeds of $2,000,000 to 10,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.25 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of $2,500,000. All other terms of the private placement remain unchanged. The increased offering remains subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.In the first closing, the Company issued 7,440,000 common shares at a price of $0.25 per common share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,860,000.
