‘Reservation Dogs’ star Dallas Goldtooth curates summer film series examining manhood at the Walker

Dallas Goldtooth, known for his role in ‘Reservation Dogs,’ is curating a summer film series at the Walker Art Center focused on manhood. He’s picked influential films from the ’80s and ’90s that shaped his own views on masculinity and Native identity, blending personal and cultural exploration. This initiative is significant as it delves into complex themes of identity and gender, offering a unique perspective on these issues through a Native lens. The series promises to be a thought-provoking look at how past cinematic works have shaped contemporary understandings of manhood.
