Published October 31, 2026 10:14 AM Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said this week that he hopes defensive end Micah Parsons starts practicing with the team next week and the team reportedly has a goal in mind for Parsons’s return to game action. According to multiple reports, the team is targeting Week 12 for Parsons to play his first game since tearing his ACL last season. The Packers will be in Los Angeles to face the Rams in the NFL’s first Thanksgiving Eve game on Wednesday, November 25. If Parsons does return to practice next week, it would open a 21-day window for him to work with the team ahead of being activated. The Packers, who beat the Panthers on Thursday night this week, face the Patriots and Vikings before a bye week in Week 11. That timeline would have Parsons back for the final seven games of the regular season and his presence should boost the chances of the Packers following up those games with playoff action.
