Renowned Swiss Clinic Clinique La Prairie Is Opening a New Longevity Resort in Thailand

Thailand, meet your newest longevity retreat. Clinique La Prairie, known for its top-tier medical and wellness practices in Switzerland for nearly a century, is opening a new resort in Phuket this month. The outpost, nestled within a wellness community called Tri Vananda surrounded by lush forests, will mark the brand’s first foray into Southeast Asia. As you may have expected, Clinique La Prairie is bringing all its longevity know-how to its new locale, with advanced diagnostics and personalized programs at the forefront. Its Longevity Method is based on five steps, assess, understand, personalize, intervene, and continuously monitor. At the Phuket resort, you can opt for one of four signature programs, each spanning a minimum of seven days and six nights (including airport transfers and a stay on property). Kicking things off is the Reverse Ageing plan (from around $39,000), focused on those looking to boost their immune systems and slow both visible and internal signs of aging. Essence of Vitality (around $30,200) aims to restore the body’s ability to recover and produce energy; Master Detox (about $25,600), meanwhile, is exactly how it sounds, with a goal of eliminating toxins built up in the body and reducing inflammation. Last but not least is Life Reset (around $18,000), which aims to decrease stress and rebalance the nervous system. A consultation room at the new resort. Clinique La Prairie All the programs begin with that advanced testing, including what the resort calls its Longevity Master Assessment, which studies over 300 biomarkers to give the doctors and specialists the ability to curate a customized program made just for you—which could include anything from the fields of cardiology, neurology, immunology, and more, depending on your needs. If you happen to be looking for a shorter stint at the resort, Clinique La Prairie is also offering the three-night Discover Longevity (meant to be an intro into the clinic’s longevity practices) and Health Diagnostic (aimed at those who want to get the full picture of their current health) programs. And throughout your stay, you’ll rest your head at one of 40 private pool villas, each with a mountain and lake views. That includes everything from the nearly 1,300-square-foot Signature Villa to the massive 4,300-square-foot Royal Villa. Besides all the wellness facilities, guests can also use the 164-foot swimming pool, a Technogym fitness center, the La Prairie Spa, and the longevity-based restaurant, called Seeds. Inside the Royal Villa. Clinique La Prairie “Clinique La Prairie Phuket, Thailand, marks a defining step in our international expansion and in our mission to bring world-class longevity medicine globally,” Simone Gibertoni, Group CEO of Clinique La Prairie, said in a press statement. “Set within the extraordinary natural landscape of Tri Vananda, this Health Resort brings together advanced diagnostics, personalized medical programs and the full depth of our Longevity Method, offering guests in Southeast Asia the same standard of scientific excellence and transformative care that has defined Clinique La Prairie for nearly a century.” Clinique La Prairie’s expansion into new territories is no coincidence. The global wellness economy reached $6.8 trillion in 2024 and is expected to hit nearly $9.8 trillion by 2029, according to the Global Wellness Institute’s 2025 Global Wellness Economy Monitor. And Asia just so happens to be the second-largest wellness economy in the world, valued at $2 trillion. Thailand alone had its wellness economy reach $42.7 billion in 2024—making it the ideal place for a longevity powerhouse like Clinique La Prairie to set down new roots.
