On Monday at 1:41 p.m. EDT a red flag warning was released by the National Weather Service in effect until 9 p.m. EDT for Emmet, Cheboygan, Presque Isle, Leelanau, Antrim, Otsego, Montmorency, Alpena, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Crawford, Oscoda, Alcona, Manistee, Wexford, Missaukee, Roscommon, Ogemaw, Iosco, Gladwin, Arenac and Charlevoix counties.
