To earn these, you must rank up five times or reach Rank 20 (or higher) as a Bounty Hunter and complete two bounties, respectively. The orange Raccoon Hat is available to earn from 21 to 27 July, whilst the reward for a Free Weapon will be accessible from 28 July to 3 August.
