Zolciak’s statement emphasized that “no DNA belonging to my son was found” and stated “we remain confident that the facts and evidence will establish the truth.”The director of communications for the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice said KJ’s daily schedule at the detention center provides “structure, accountability, education and chances for positive growth,” in a statement to Page Six. The facility maintains a safe environment focused on education and rehabilitation.KJ is scheduled for a court hearing on Sept. 1, after which he is expected to return to the juvenile detention facility. The arrest adds strain to the Biermann family as Zolciak and ex-husband Kroy Biermann navigate a volatile divorce that began in 2023.
