Real estate sector hit by commissions demanded by Congress leaders: KTR

HYDERABADBharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president K.T. Rama Rao alleged that the ruling party leaders had ruined the real estate sector with 30% commissions, and it couldn't pick up because of such constant harassment, hitting the overall growth of the city.Adding to the problem was the fear of HYDRAA in the city and people of the Musi catchment were living in fear as to when their homes would be razed by HYDRAA. He sought to know whether the agency had gone blind on the properties of Congress leaders Gaddam Vivek, Anumula Tirupathi Reddy, Patnam Mahender Reddy and others, which were either in the FRL (FTL) or buffer zone areas of the water bodies on the city outskirts.He alleged that the Congress government had failed to implement the Musi plan even after the BRS government had set up 32 sewage treatment plants given house sites to two lakh families.Speaking at a meeting of several Congress leaders from the Rajenderanagar constituency who joined the BRS on Sunday, he also questioned the interference in personal preferences. He questioned why the City Commissioner of Police was holding press meets to tell people which songs to play at public gatherings.Former Minister P. Sabitha Indra Reddy said the Congress government was a curse to the State, and people were yearning to bring back BRS to power. Party in-charge of the Rajendranagar constituency P. Karthik Reddy, party leaders G. Jagadish Reddy, Padi Kaushik Reddy, Naveen Kumar Reddy, V. Srinivas Goud and others participated in the event. Congress leaders B. Sai Reddy, B. Raju, Y.
