Razer has just launched its new Prio game controller, a USB-C controller for your smartphone that folds down to the footprint of a credit card. Available now, the Razer Prio’s claim to fame is that it’s very compact. Like countless other mobile game controllers, it attaches to either side of your phone and plugs in via USB-C, but when you’re not actively using it, the controller folds down into a size that’s roughly the same footprint as a credit card – around 10-15mm wider and taller. It’s obviously a lot thicker, but it’s still a much smaller footprint in your pocket or bag. It weighs 101g. Despite the size, it still features tactile low-profile thumbsticks and dual bumpers and triggers, as well as a D-Pad and ABXY buttons. The thumbsticks avoid drift issues by using contactless sensors. Razer Prio is available today for $99.99 from the company’s online store, the same price as Kishi V3. Prio is also already available and shipping via Amazon. Follow Ben: Twitter/X, Threads, Bluesky, and Instagram FTC: We use income earning auto affiliate links. More.
