Tampa Bay also reinstated outfielder Jake Fraley from the 60-day IL, recalled righty Alex Cook from Triple-A Durham and optioned catcher Kenny Piper to Durham. In order to open a 40-man spot for Fraley’s return, the Rays recalled injured outfielder Jacob Melton from Durham and placed him on the major league 60-day IL. More to come. View Comments (0)
