Raptors, Clippers Can Submit Kawhi Leonard Trade At Any Time
The Toronto Raptors and Los Angeles Clippers are free to submit their Kawhi Leonard trade to get NBA-approved at any time, sources told Marc Stein of The Stein Line. There is no holdup at the league level. The trade involving Leonard for Brandon Ingram, Gradey Dick, two unprotected first round picks and a pick swap is still expected to go through. Federal prosecutors opened a probe into whether the Clippers helped Leonard circumvent the NBA's salary cap earlier this week.
