Four-piece band NEXTONE makes its Live Jam debut fresh off the release of its latest single 'Nagkulang' MANILA, Philippines – It’s NEXTONE’s turn to bring its music to the Rappler HQ on Thursday, August 27! Formed in 2019, NEXTONE’s current lineup consists of Ezekiel on lead vocals and rhythm and lead guitars; Elijah on bass and vocals; Alean on drums, percussion, and backing vocals; and Ant on rhythm and lead guitars and backing vocals. NEXTONE’s sound leans toward modern rock, evidenced by tracks like “Kulay,” “Taft Avenue,” and “SA IYO,” to name a few. The four-piece band’s latest release is “Nagkulang,” told from the perspective of an individual who grapples with self-doubt after a failed relationship.
