In the role, Teal will work across Rajant’s technology, strategy and executive teams to identify emerging mission requirements, align internal capabilities with operational needs, and expand the company’s ability to bring together the technologies, partners and expertise required to address complex defense and national-security challenges.Teal brings decades of mission experience across the national security community, including senior leadership roles in the United States Navy, the National Security Agency (NSA), United States Cyber Command, and the Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF). At Cyber Command, he served as Technical Director and founded what became the organization’s J9 directorate; at CNMF, as Director, he led the successful standup of a new unified organization bringing together the J6, J8, and J9 functions.
