Rainfall warning over Metro Manila, nearby areas downgraded to yellow
MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) downgraded the heavy rainfall warning over Metro Manila and nearby areas to yellow late Monday morning as rains from the southwest monsoon, or habagat, persisted.
