Queensland mining company fined $7m after death of 'beloved Poppy'
Graham Dawson, 62, was killed in a roof collapse on a central Queensnland mining site in 2021. The District Court in Brisbane heard Mastermyne Crinum Operations was criminally negligent and the death was avoidable.
