QB Hendon Hooker returns to Titans practice squad

One of the quarterbacks that the Titans cut on their way to setting a 53-man roster is returning to their practice squad. Hendon Hooker re-signed with the team on Monday. The 2023 Lions third-round pick signed with the team after spending time with the Panthers and Jets during the 2025 season. Hooker was 9-of-13 for 89 yards during his appearances in the preseason. The Titans also waived 2023 second-round pick Will Levis. He was not claimed on Monday and remains a free agent. The Titans also signed RB Kalel Mullings, WR K.J. Osborn, RB Michael Carter, DE Jalyn Holmes, DT Timmy Horne, WR Hank Beatty, DB Derrick Canteen, DB Mario Goodrich, DB Jalen McMurray, OT Rasheed Miller, WR Tyren Montgomery, G Drew Moss, LB Mani Powell, TE Joel Wilson, and NT Laki Tasi to the practice squad.
