Putin’s decree allowing the state to take over companies that fail to protect against drones ‘is not about nationalization,’ First Deputy PM Manturov says

A decree signed by Vladimir Putin that allows temporary state management of critical infrastructure facilities whose owners failed to protect them from drones does not amount to nationalization or a change in ownership, First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov told reporters.
