Putin prison ‘torturer’ blown up in suspected car bomb attack in occupied Ukraine

A TORTURER of Ukrainian prisoners of war has been blown up in a suspected car bomb attack. Dmitry Neyelov, deputy of the Olenivka camp in occupied Donetsk, is said to have tortured, beat and humiliated captured troops and civilians. In December 2024, the former head of Olenivka prison camp, Sergei Yevsyukov, 49, was killed in a car bombing in Donetsk. Yevsyukov was also accused by the Ukrainian SBU intelligence service of involvement in the torture of more than 100 POWs.
