Prince William and Kate Middleton's Family Pics Truly Take the Crown

Kate Middleton Reigns Supreme in Princess Diana's Beloved Tiara at State BanquetWell, that's certainly one way to rise to the occasion. Months after Kate Middleton completed the UK’s National Three Peaks Challenge, that saw her trekking across the highest summits of England, Scotland and Wales to support the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, the 44-year-old celebrated her lofty achievement by sharing a photo with husband Prince William and their kids Prince George, 13, Princess Charlotte, 11, and Prince Louis, 8, surrounded by her crew. "On Mountain Rescue Awareness Day," the royal wrote of the Oct. 25 snap, "we send our heartfelt thanks to all those who volunteer their time and expertise to keep people safe in some of our most beautiful but challenging landscapes." Committing to the late June climb, gave Kate the chance to thank them "in person," she added, "for the vital role they play in keeping walkers and climbers safe on the mountains all year round." And this time she had full approval over the shot list. Because, apologies to Taylor Swift's guy on the Chiefs, but when future king William, 44, brought his tiny heirs to her 2024 Eras Tour stop in London, he wasn't exactly looking to huddle up with Travis Kelce. "I was trying to move him out of the photo!" William admitted of the NFL tight end during an Oct. 23 appearance on The Graham Norton Show. "Travis kept coming back in, and I couldn't work out why he kept coming back in! I was trying to move him out so it was just me and Taylor and the children!" Of course, the athlete didn't realize at the time that William was trying to call an audible. "I get it, man," the three-time Super Bowl champ admitted to brother Jason Kelce on their New Heights podcast days after William threw a flag on his behavior. "I was just a boyfriend at that point. I wasn’t her husband yet." Fortunately, the photo didn't become just another picture to burn, with Swift using the moment to go Instagram official with her future groom. And while William didn't get his perfect fantasy, he now has a truly fire snap to add to his family's photo album.
