Prince George's County Planning Board chair resigns

Darryl Barnes, chair of the Prince George’s County Planning Board confirmed to News4 I-Team that he has resigned his seat. A complaint first reported by the Baltimore Banner and reviewed by News4 detailed allegations of retaliation, legal and ethics violations against Barnes.
