(NYSE: CNH) today announced that its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, CNH Industrial Capital Canada Ltd., has priced (i) Cdn$200 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.00% notes due September 25, 2028, with an issue price of 99.935% (the “2028 Notes”) and (ii) Cdn$350 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.40% notes due September 25, 2030, with an issue price of 99.989% (the “2030 Notes”, and together with the 2028 Notes, the “Notes”).
