Preschool stops suspected drunk dad from picking up children: Westlake Police Blotter

A concerned employee of a preschool on Center Ridge Road called the police department at 5 p.m. on March 30 to report that a parent suspected of intoxication had arrived at the school to pickup his young children. The man was described as stumbling and bumping into walls, according to a police department press release.
