But Oliver Glasner, who was appointed as Forest’s new boss during the summer, is ready to flog Awoniyi for £17million. And Coventry are looking to get the shock deal done in time for him to start training with his new team-mates before travelling to Arsenal. Awoniyi would provide Haji Wright – who was valued at £200M last year – Ellis Simms and Brandon Thomas-Asante with fresh competition. The former Liverpool youngster is in line to become Coventry’s seventh summer signing.
