Actor Samantha has offered a glimpse into her workout routine during pregnancy, while emphasising that her exercises have been carefully modified with medical guidance. Sharing a disclaimer alongside her post, the actor said her approach is based on her years of strength training experience and her individual pregnancy journey.The 39-year-old actor also opened up about how pregnancy has changed the way she approaches fitness. Rather than constantly pushing herself, Samantha said she has learnt to ease off when needed and pay closer attention to what her body is telling her.In a series of videos from her workout, the actor detailed more about her regimen.She wrote, “Training looks different these days. Less about pushing harder, more about listening better.” The other slide showed her doing a deadlift with the caption, “When you stop at 70 percent of your max.” A third slide was her picture of picking up the dumbbell. “Some days I feel strong. Some days I modify.” In her caption, Samantha revealed that she has continued strength training during pregnancy after receiving clearance from her doctor. She also noted that her trainer is certified in prenatal training and that her workouts have been adapted to suit her body, experience and pregnancy.“A little disclaimer: I’ve strength trained for years and have continued through pregnancy with my doctor’s clearance. My trainer is also certified in prenatal training, and everything you see here is modified for my body, my experience and my pregnancy. Every pregnancy is different, so please don’t use my workouts as a guide for yours. Speak to your doctor and work with someone qualified before exercising during pregnancy,” she wrote. The post comes after Samantha announced that she would be taking a temporary break from acting following the completion of her ongoing commitments. During the success of Maa Inti Bangaaram, the actor said, “After Maa Inti Bangaaram, I will have to take a small break, given my condition. I’ll have to take maternity leave. After that, I’ll be back with another film for my fans.”On the work front, Samantha recently produced and starred in the Telugu film Maa Inti Bangaaram, written and created by Raj Nidimoru.
