Precision Immunotherapy, Community-Acquired Pneumonia, and Sepsis
To the Editor The recent ImmunoSep randomized clinical trial (RCT) assessed the effect of precision immunotherapy on outcomes in patients with sepsis. Although the trial demonstrated that precision immunotherapy was associated with improved organ dysfunction by day 9 compared with placebo, we have one concern regarding potential confounding.
