See more Daily Mail on Google - save us as a Preferred Source Published: 16:55 EDT, 9 August 2026 | Updated: 17:03 EDT, 9 August 2026 Police have seized more than €950,000 worth of crystal meth and cannabis at Dublin Airport from a passenger's luggage.The drugs were found vacuum-packed in the baggage of a passenger who had got off a flight from Canada.A woman has been detained since the discovery of the drugs which are valued at around £813,000.Revenue officers, with the help of a detector dog called Charlie, found an estimated 29kg of herbal cannabis and 6kg of crystal methamphetamine in the luggage.The bust has been pictured, with bags of the illicit drugs spilling out of two large suitcases.The cannabis has an estimated value of €584,000 (£500,000) and the crystal meth is valued at more than €368,000 (£315,000).
