Police hope tattoos will help identify a man found dead near railroad tracks

Fort Worth Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man whose body was found last month near railroad tracks in the West Meadowbrook neighborhood. Police said the man’s body was found on July 6 in the 2000 block of East Lancaster Avenue, not far from Sycamore Creek.
