We've already got information on important details like Delta Reign's release date, some confirmed cards, and the product lineup, which includes heavily sought-after items like the Elite Trainer Box. The new set will put Rayquaza front and center, and the popular Pokémon is featured on several new cards, the ETB, and more products like card sleeves and booster packs. Fresh off the success of its Pitch Black set, the Pokémon TCG is about to release its 30th Celebration cards in mid-September. Now, we also know that Delta Reign will be following as the next Mega Evolution expansion (and final set of the year) when it releases in November 2026. The Pokémon Company has already shown off a number of cards, including new Mega ex cards and the "Legendary Summit" Trainer and Stadium combo. Pokémon TCG's Delta Reign Release Date, Prerelease, & Preorders The Pokémon TCG's Delta Reign expansion will release on November 6, 2026. The set will be in prerelease starting on October 24, 2026, so check with your local hobby store for availability. This is where you can grab the Build & Battle Boxes, with each box featuring 1 of 4 unique promo cards. Preorders for Delta Reign have already shown up on secondary auction sites, but at premium prices. The official Pokémon Center online storefront should have preorders sometime in September, likely after the 30th Celebration cards release next week. Other major retailers, like Best Buy, have live listing but no way to purchase the Elite Trainer Box yet (this can sometimes vary by location). The regular Elite Trainer Box is priced at $49.99. Confirmed Cards For Delta Reign Over on the official Pokémon website, we've seen a number of Delta Reign cards revealed (including the one for Mega Golurk ex that you can view above). The revealed cards thus far are: Mega Golisopod ex - 11/103 Mega Golurk ex - 47/103 Mega Malamar ex - 69/103 Mega Rayquaza ex - 84/103 Legendary Summit (Stadium) - 96/103 Legendary Summit (Trainer) - 97/103 While the card numbering only goes up to 103, it's been confirmed that Delta Reign will comprise "over 135" cards, including 20 Trainer cards and more than 35 Pokémon and Trainers with special illustration artwork. If my math checks out, that means Delta Reign should have 138 cards when all is said and done. Delta Reign Elite Trainer Box & Products Line-Up As with the usual Pokémon TCG expansions, the one for Delta Reign will include booster boxes, Build & Battle boxes, and the Elite Trainer Box. Also, as usual, the Elite Trainer Box is what most fans will be after. The ETB for Delta Reign will include 8 booster packs, 65 card sleeves, dice, card dividers, Energy cards, and a plastic coin. This time around, the promo card will be a full-art illustrated rare of Kyogre, with artwork showing the Legendary Gen 3 Pokémon surfing on a large, cascading wave. Considering this set doesn't come out until November, keep your eyes peeled for preorder notifications and restocks. There should still be plenty of time to nab products for the Pokémon Trading Card Game: Mega Evolution - Delta Reign expansion before it drops, but it will likely sell out fast initially, like most expansions in 2026 have.
