You can find him on BlueSky, X, and at Dragonquestaustin.com Pokémon has been celebrating its 30th anniversary all year long, and that shows no signs of stopping anytime soon. Even this month alone, there's a mysterious countdown to something on November 30. Previous months have seen the release of the 30th Celebration set in the Pokémon TCG, an Adidas collaboration, and the releases of FireRed and LeafGreen for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. For most franchises, that might be it, but for Pokémon, that's barely scratching the surface. And thanks to these collaborations, we're getting to see artists and designers put their own unique spins on beloved Pokémon. From plushes and shirts, to shoes and jewelry, the Pokémon of Gen 1 have been featured on a lot of merchandise throughout 2026. We've gotten Gengar gaming chairs, Mewtwo double-banded rings, and skateboard decks with fan-favorites like Eevee, Pikachu, and Gyarados. As one of the most famous Pokémon from the Gen 1 era, Charizard has also gotten its fair share of merchandise for the 30th anniversary of the series, including its very own Adidas sneakers and a plush designed by Sean Wotherspoon. The ever-popular Fire-type was also featured on 30th Celebration cards, and is a core part of the new McDonald's Happy Meals. Now, Charizard is getting another new look thanks to the "Evolve to Charizard Ring" by Enso. The ring features Charmander, Charmeleon, and Charizard, which are etched into the ring, but Charizard is the main star. The ring itself is made of medical-grade silicone, and it's currently up for sale in a number of adult sizes. Available on the official Pokémon Center storefront, the "Evolve To Charizard Ring" by Enso is priced at $44.99. This is a ring for adults, with a sizing chart available; however, Size 13 is currently sold out. The other sizes are still available at the time of this writing. If you're a fan of the Gen 1 Fire-type starter evolutions, or know someone who is, then this could make a great gift ahead for the upcoming holiday season. In addition to the Charizard ring, there's one featuring Gengar (also for $44.99), as well as a double-banded premium ring for Mewtwo for $129.99. The three rings from Enso are just some of the latest merchandise released to coincide with Pokémon's 30th anniversary. With only a couple of months left in 2026, these might also be some of the final items of the year. For the most part, the 30th anniversary has been focused on the Gen 1 games. That makes sense. After all, those are the games that are actually turning 30 this year. That has meant older Pokémon have gotten the chance to shine, but it has also put an increasing spotlight on longtime favorites like Charizard, Pikachu, Gengar, Eevee, and Pikachu. With the holidays approaching, Pokémon has also launched a holiday collection, where you can expect to find additional merchandise starring some of these fan-favorites from the Kanto region. In the meantime, it's been great to see all of these new designs released for Pokémon that many fans have adored for three decades now.
