Season 3 of Pokémon Horizons ended in September (for US viewers), and season 4 is right around the corner. Subtitled Wonders Ahead, it will start streaming on Netflix Feb. 27, 2027 in the U.S. Pokémon Horizons began in 2023 as the first Pokémon anime to not star the perpetually 10-years-old Ash Ketchum. Instead, it introduced new protagonists Liko and Roy as they set off on new adventures more about exploring the Paldea region and less about becoming the best there ever was. Their partner Pokémon are two of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's new starters; Liko bonded with a Sprigatito while Roy raised a Fuecoco. Pokémon Horizons: Season 4 — Wonders Ahead plot details Pokémon Horizons: Season 4 — Wonders Ahead will once again star Liko and Roy. With the threat of season 3's Laquium behind them, the two trainers set off on new adventures throughout the world of Pokémon. "Whether they’re encountering unconventional Pokémon, discovering Pokémon sleep styles, or racing alongside Legendary Pokémon, they’re always learning and growing stronger with their Pokémon partners," reads the official plot synopsis. After Ditto had a starring role in Pokémon Pokopia, a "stowaway" Ditto will be a featured player in season 4. The world of Pokémon keeps growing, and we can’t wait to show Trainers what else is on the horizon," The Pokémon Company International vice president of marketing and media Taito Okiura said in a news release. Like previous seasons of Pokémon Horizons, season 4 will be released in separate parts. The first part will stream on Netflix on Feb. 27, 2027, joining the first three seasons of Pokémon Horizons on the service.
