This event runs from Sept. 8-14. This event is structured interestingly, with it being split into two parts. Earn it at rank 30 of the Go Pass: Mega Squads (and another at rank 60 for the Deluxe Pass). Maschiff evolves into Mabostiff using 50 Maschiff Candy. Maschiff is not available shiny, yet.
