PlayStation Plus subscribers are often treated to fun bonus downloads, new games, and day-one releases. Of course, these aren't technically free, a perk generated from paying money to Sony every month, but are nevertheless appreciated on top of the typical services one would expect from PS+. While they don't come around often, occasionally thrown in as an add-on to the monthly games or a nice bonus to celebrate an event, when these exciting new downloads do crawl through the proverbial woodwork, one should pay attention. Alongside the many games added to PS Plus in October, users are also getting a completely free new Ubisoft download that they can claim with no strings attached. It's a nice addition to an already packed month for the service and one that should further help sweeten the deal for anyone tempted to finally subscribe. At the very least, fans of one specific Ubisoft game will delight in getting this extra PlayStation Plus download. PlayStation Plus subscribers are likely used to PlayStation releasing free downloads, as the studio often throws users a bone every once in a while. However, this time around, it's Ubisoft. As part of October's various PlayStation Plus drops, Ubisoft is giving all subscribers the Liberty Walk Pack DLC for The Crew: Motorfest. You don't need to do anything beyond having a subscription and claiming the download in order to get it (but it would help to also have the base game as well). The Liberty Walk Pack was originally a pre-order bonus for those who bought any version of the game before launch. However, it has now been made available to those with PlayStation Plus, making it finally accessible to anyone who is just starting to get into The Crew: Motorfest three years after its original release date. The DLC comes with a unique LBWK Edition version of the Toyota GR Supra, in addition to a unique LBWK outfit, underglow, and tires. The Crew: Motorfest was added to PlayStation Plus back in April 2026. Those with an Extra or Premium tier subscription can download and play it for free. Naturally, if you have PS Plus and can claim the Liberty Walk Pack, then you should also try out The Crew: Motorfest, if only to show off your swanky new ride. However, those who aren't interested in The Crew: Motorfest have plenty of other options, including the recently revealed November PS Plus lineup. For those looking for a Ubisoft title that isn't racing-related, the entire Ubisoft+ Catalog is available as part of an Extra or Premium tier subscription. It gives you access to the studio's currently released titles, bar some of its more recent releases, including Assassin's Creed: Valhalla, Far Cry 6, and Rainbow Six Siege. Naturally, The Crew: Motorfest is also included in that lineup. However, even if you're not a Motorfest fan, it's worth picking up this free new PlayStation Plus download, if only so that it's on your account in case you ever change your mind.
