Now another is set to receive a stunning remake after first being released way back in 2006. The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky, also known as Trails in the Sky FC, was an RPG that marked the first installment in the Trails franchise by Nihom Falcom. However, the remake has gone to none other than The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC, the second installment which was first released in 2006 as a direct sequel. Now titled Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter and available as a free demo courtesy of PlayStation, the remake is set to launch in just a few days and follows Estelle Bright as she sets out on a new journey across Liberl to uncover the truth behind Joshua’s disappearance and defeat the sinister Ouroboros organization. After quelling the coup d'état that shook the Kingdom of Liberl, Estelle and Joshua have finally become senior bracers. However, on the eve of the Queen's Birthday Festival, Joshua reveals the dark truth of his past before vanishing into the night, leaving only his brief farewell: "Goodbye, Estelle." Armed with Joshua's harmonica and an unshakable determination, Estelle embarks upon a continent-spanning quest to find her partner. Not only that, but thanks to new Crafts and S-Crafts, you will be able to overpower your enemies in stunning combat, all whilst diving into the woven story of the conspiracies threatening the Kingdom of Liberl.
