The Detroit Pistons Came into Friday night's Game 6 against the Cleveland Cavaliers facing elimination and thus needing all hands on deck in order to face a Game 7 back at home in Detroit. Unfortunately, they may have to do it without starting center Jalen Duren.Duren had a strong game for the Pistons through the first two-and-a-half quarters of Game 6, but suffered what appeared to be an ankle sprain in the third quarter on a play involving James Harden and Jarrett Allen.Duren dove to the rim, collided with Harden, and appeared to sprain his ankle while contacting Harden's foot. He left the game with nine points, seven rebounds, one steal, and two blocked shots in 20 minutes of play on 4-of-7 shooting from the field and 1-of-4 from free throw line.At the time of Duren's departure, the Pistons led the Cavs, 68=57 with 6:11 remaining in the third quarter. This has been Duren's best performance in the postseason in quite some time.
