See more Daily Mail on Google - save us as a Preferred Source Published: 15:33 EDT, 17 July 2026 | Updated: 15:59 EDT, 17 July 2026 Two people have been arrested as part of a murder investigation after a man was murdered in East Finchley, north London.Paul Heyfron, 53, died on Sunday after being punched in a Sunshine shop on Brook Walk on June 30.Detectives have arrested a 30-year-old man on suspicion of murder at a house in Lewisham, south-east London.A woman, 47, was also arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.Emergency services were called around 10pm on June 30 after reports of a man being assaulted in a shop.Mr Heyfron was taken to hospital but died 12 days later.The shop's owner intervened to help Mr Heyfron, suffering a minor injury himself, before performing CPR after the victim lost consciousness.A staff member previously said two men had been outside the shop before coming in and fighting before their 'hero' boss tried to help.
