Lindsey Graham, who died unexpectedly earlier this month.Earlier Tuesday, Vice President JD Vance spoke at the Capitol Hill memorial. He called Graham a “true American original.” After, a hearse carried Graham’s body to the National Cathedral, where mourners gathered for the funeral.
