Phil Foden sent off for moment of madness in Manchester derby as England star lashes out at Bruno Fernandes

PHIL FODEN was sent off for Manchester City against rivals Manchester United after kicking out at Bruno Fernandes. The Manchester Derby was only in the 22nd minute when Foden was dismissed after reacting angrily to a challenge from the United playmaker.
