The Chicago-based consultant will partner with employers across the Midwest to develop innovative benefits strategies that address evolving healthcare challenges, optimize program performance, and deliver measurable business results. Spangler brings extensive experience advising large, jumbo, and multinational employers across a broad range of industries on complex employee benefits programs. She works closely with organizational leaders to address evolving healthcare and workforce challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies that deliver measurable outcomes. Spangler combines a deep understanding of the benefits landscape with a collaborative, forward-thinking approach that helps clients navigate change and maximize the value of their programs.
