Pelicans Waive Markquis Nowell
The New Orleans Pelicans have waived guard Markquis Nowell. The Pelicans had signed Nowell to an Exhibit 10 contract earlier in the week. Nowell is expected to join the Laketown Squadron for the upcoming G League season.
