(ABC Wide Bay: Olivia Nunes-Malek)A pedestrian has died after being hit by a car in Queensland's Fraser Coast region.Police said a Subaru Liberty struck the 31-year-old man at about 6:20pm on Tuesday at Hervey Bay.The man sustained critical injuries and was declared dead at the scene on Murphy Street, Point Vernon.Police said the driver of the car, a 24-year-old man, and a passenger, a 24-year-old woman, were not injured.Police are calling for anyone with information or vision related to the crash to come forward to assist with their investigation.
