Patriots sign RB JaMycal Hasty

Running back JaMycal Hasty is back with the Patriots. New England announced Hasty’s signing on Thursday afternoon. Running back Terrell Jennings was placed on injured reserve in a corresponding move. Hasty joined the Pats as a waiver claim in 2023 and remained with the club through his release on cutdown day last summer. He moved on to the Dolphins’ practice squad. Hasty had 20 carries for 69 yards and 10 catches for 59 yards and a touchdown during his first stint with the team. He also appeared in 39 games for the 49ers and Jaguars before coming to New England. The Patriots also signed running back Hassan Haskins this week. Rhamondre Stevenson and TreVeyon Henderson remain atop the depth chart.
