Pagasa: Heavy to intense rain to hit parts of Luzon Saturday afternoon

Pagasa weather update. MANILA, Philippines — Heavy to intense rain showers are forecast over several areas in Luzon on Saturday afternoon, July 18, the state weather bureau said. Pagasa advised the public to take precautionary measures on possible flash floods and landslides during intense weather conditions.
