Photo / Thomas CoughlanAfter months of deliberating, leaders of Pacific countries have agreed to collectively rebuke China for firing a nuclear-capable missile into the Pacific in July. The rebuke came after a day-long closed-door meeting between leaders, including Prime Minister Christopher Luxon, at the Pacific Islands Forum (PIF) in Koror, Palau. As is
