P50,000 reward offered for info on village councilor’s slay in Isabela

Inquirer files ECHAGUE, ISABELA, Philippines — Local government officials have earmarked P50,000 as reward money for informants who can lead to the arrest of the killers of a former village chair and incumbent councilor in Barangay Malibago here.
