A TikTok user has shared a video claiming that Russian online marketplace Ozon no longer describes occupied Crimea as part of Russia when responding to customer inquiries about deliveries. The video shows what appears to be a conversation with Ozon’s customer support. The post suggests Ozon may be attempting to distance itself from recognizing Crimea as Russian territory, although the company has not publicly commented on the alleged customer support response.
