Oxford American returns to the dinner table for latest issue

In the past, the Oxford American has only sporadically taken on the culinary world as its quarterly theme. But with the arrival of another Food Issue on newsstands Tuesday — just a year after the last one — we’re wondering if, like its long-running music issue, food might now be an annual entree for the Conway-based magazine.
